Dun Laoghaire Piers

This is a straightforward out and back walk. It is a walk best enjoyed on a clear day when visibility is at its best. Nothing like the fresh sea air to wake you up on a Sunday morning! We admired the views of Howth and the Poolbeg towers to the North and the rolling hills of the Dublin mountains to the West. The sailing boats were out in force and ferries slowly moved across the horizon. We started with the West pier and then took on the East pier but if you fancy a shorter walk, you can just do one of the piers.
